Title: Vendors using stock photos = scam
Post by: slimpickens on January 22, 2013, 11:57 am
Just looking on the UK coke section I see a lot of vendors using product photo's they got off the internet. To me this is a blatant red flag. If you have good product, why not photograph it? All the good vendors do.

Too many scammers on SR right now. Be aware people.

Yeah, photo it with a bit of paper with your name and the date on it! Takes, what, 10 seconds? ;D

first of all check feedbacks not photos if someone has got a lot of good feedbacks from expensive product like coke he can't be a scammer
trust more vendors

Stock photo is in general a 1st red flag to indicate much more in depth research of not only the product in question but your vendor selected in general.

What is to stop the scammers from photographing flour or some other common powder? It's surprising that they aren't doing that already. Some of you might see the difference between the real deal and fake crap, but I sure as hell wouldn't.
